Group Reservation is the opportunity for all churches to reserve a certain number of spots at their preferred camp session before registration opens. There is a $15 fee per student/leader to hold their spot which will go toward their camp cost. Only Pastors or an admin from their church should reserve spots, not parents. This ensures that all students end up at the same camp with their church. While we can usually add or remove spots if needed, we ask that you please come with as close an approximation as possible when reserving spots. Reservation is not an absolute guarantee that spots are secured, but we do everything in our power to put churches at their preferred camp.
Group Enrollment follows Group Reservation once the MI NextGen office finalizes which churches are attending which camps. The Group Admin will receive a church code from the office to register each student through Campsite. Admins can share the code with parents to register their students, or the church can have a registration day to walk parents new to camp through the process. This is also where each student will pay for camp at the base rate. The cost goes up if not paid in full by the end of the Group Enrollment period.
Open Enrollment follows Group Enrollment and is for any student not affiliated with a particular church or for students who missed the Group Enrollment deadline with their church. There is an additional cost of $15 for students registering during Open Enrollment.
