Hello Youth Pastors and Leaders!
Our names are Nick and Jill, and we get to serve as the Michigan District Student Ministry Fine Arts Festival Coordinators (Kids and Students).

You’ll find monthly tips and ideas to prepare for the festival, disciple students, and help them deploy their ministry gifts! Why is this important? Dates: March 13-14th
Location: Ward Church - 40000 Six Mile Rd

Registration Deadline: Monday, February 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM​
General Schedule
Friday, March 13th
4-5:30 PM | Check-in (Main Lobby) | Art Drop Off - Knox Hall by 6 PM
6-9:30 PM | Presentations
Saturday, March 14th
8 AM | Check-in (for those who didn't come on Friday)
8:30 AM | Presentations Begin
4:30-6:15 PM | Celebration Service
STUDENT Registration/Category Fee:
$50 Registration fee plus $10 per category entered (per student)
*Ex. $50 plus 2 categories equals $70 total.
STUDENT FINE ARTS Video and Writing Entries
Submission Deadline: Feb. 2nd, 2026, at 11:59 PM
*Writing and Video Entries MUST be uploaded using the link below. Submissions will not be accepted on-site.
KIDS Registration/Category Fee:
$45 registration fee, plus $5 per category
*Ex. $45 plus 2 categories equals $55 total.
KIDS FINE ARTS Grades Writing Entries
*All writing entries MUST be brought to the festival and checked in onsite. Please see the KIDS Fine Arts rulebook for details.
